(Psalm 34:4: I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears)

I do sincerely believe that you are gaining mastery over your fears through this series of lessons on the remedies to all your fears. I am confident that you will testify as David did in Psalm 34:4. May this testimony be your reality in Jesus name, amen. Today, by His grace, I will be sharing another solution to the silent enemy called FEAR, which is:

ii. Putting your faith in the Word of God. Having confidence in God’s word is another sure path to complete victory over all your fears. Thank God for self-help which is natural help, but it can never be compared to the results you will get as a result of trusting God’s word (Psalm  56:3-4). As you begin to put your trust in the word of God, it will instill confidence in you, thus helping you to defeat all your fears. Are you ready to start putting your confidence in God’s word? Are you willing to believe what God’s word says concerning your victory over fear? I guarantee you that your story will change for the better if you start putting your trust in the word of God. By the way, what do I mean by putting your trust in God’s word? I mean:

• Believing wholeheartedly whatever the word of God says concerning you, especially the truths about your deliverance from fear. Are you aware of the truths of your deliverance from every form of fear? These truths are embedded in the word and you discover them by studying the word and also by the revelation of the Holy Spirit. I believe you are currently aware of some of those truths; so, why not start believing them from today? As you believe in what God has said about your victory over your fears, your victory will be undeniable (Acts 27:23-25).

• Acting in line with what the word of God says about you, especially your victory over fears. This simply means taking corresponding actions in line with what the word says. Since the word says you are victorious, start walking or behaving like a victor and not a victim. Since the word says you are a champion, start acting like a giant-killer and not like a grasshopper! Let your actions correspond to what you believe. Stop acting like a defeated foe but like a person who knows that he’s more than a conqueror (James 2:26).

Precious child of God, as you start exercising your faith in God’s word, the narrative is changing in your favour. I see you winning the warfare over all your fears as you apply this remedy.

2. Those who have confidence in the word of God.
3. Believe wholeheartedly whatever the word says about them.
4. Act in accordance with the word of God

Prayer for Today: Father God, I believe in the remedy that your word brings and has to offer. Holy Spirit, please help my unbelief and doubts in Jesus name.

CONFESSION: I have complete confidence in the remedy that the word of God provides for me. Therefore, I exercise my faith over all forms of fear. I believe in the truths of my deliverance from fear and I walk in the consciousness of the victory henceforth. My fears will no longer control me because the word of God dominates my life and regulates my operations. Glory be to His name because I am free from the snare of fear and insecurity. I walk in liberty for the word of God sets me free from the bondage of fear.
