2Chronicles25verse2: ‘And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, but not with a perfect heart.’
You are welcome back to our discussion on serving God in the right ways. I believe that you have been blessed by the things we have been sharing so far. As I have said before and I will still say again God is not just interested in what you do but how you do it. This is why we should put a lot of emphasis on serving God in the right ways. So what are the right ways by which we can serve God? I am super excited about these truths that I am about to share with you because I believe that it will take your service to another level.
WAYS OF SERVING GOD IN THE RIGHT WAYS:
1. By Serving him fervently. Our fervency should never go down but should always go up. We are to serve God with the fervency of spirit. Acts18v25. As this is one of the ways he wants to be served. So my dear friends, are you serving God with renewed zeal and passion? Anything that affects our zeal or passion for God will also affect our service to God. So, my dear reader, you need to keep and guard your passion jealously. 2Ki10v16. Never allow anyone or anything to negatively affect your zeal. This is what God meant in Romans 12verse11:
-Never lag in zeal and earnest endeavor. Be aglow and burning with the spirit, serving the Lord -Amplified Version (Classic Edition).
-Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord -New International Version
Never be lazy in your work, but serve the Lord enthusiastically -The Living Bible
2. By Serving Him in and out of season. You are to serve God during all the seasons of life i.e. good, bad, and ugly times. In order words, there is no season of life that you ought not to serve the Lord. Your service should not be temporary or short-lived but continuous. My dear friends, there are no off-seasons of service in the kingdom. We are to serve God at all times. Acts20v18-19; Jn6v66-68.
Are you ready to serve God in this manner? Are you willing to pay the price? I pray that today will usher you into this dimension of service in Jesus name amen.

CONFESSION: Heavenly Father, help me to serve you with fervency all the days of my life. Help me to serve you in and out of season. This is my desire and prayer. Help me not to be weary or faint-hearted in my service. Help me to sustain my fire of service for you in Jesus name amen.
