(Psalm 34:4: I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears)

There are remedies to all your fears in Christ Jesus! The same God that gave victory to David in Psalm 34:4 is also able to help you gain mastery over all your fears if you are willing to apply his remedies. You are welcome back to our discussion on this subject of the remedies to all your fears. My focus in this lesson is to begin to share with you God’s remedies to all your fears and how you ought to apply them. So, what are these remedies that will help you gain mastery over all your fears?

  • Putting your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Putting your trust in Jesus Christ is the way to permanently overcoming all your fears. One of the reasons why this is so is because fear is spiritual; it has a spiritual origin or cause and until the root cause is addressed you may never walk in complete victory (Genesis 3:10; Romans 5:12). So, have you made Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour? If you have not, today is your day of salvation. You can actually call upon the Lord now and he will save you (Romans 10:13). However, if Christ is already your Master and Saviour, rejoice and walk in the finished work of redemption. The work of redemption takes care of all your anxieties, maladies, fears, and insecurities. So, you have no business being a slave of fear anymore because victory is yours now in Christ Jesus (Galatians  3:13-14).

Precious child of God, through the supernatural help of God, you now have dominion over all your fears. It’s time for you to believe and walk in this truth if you really want to walk in victory over your fears. Are you ready to embrace this truth? Are you ready to enforce your victory over fear? Are you ready to possess your possession? I believe your answer is “yes”. Now, go forth and walk in your colourful destiny!

Thoughts for meditation

Prayer for Today: Lord, today, I appropriate, by faith, my deliverance from the bondage of fears. Henceforth, I walk in the victory that Christ has procured for me in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: Glory be to God for my warfare against my fear is a settled case in Christ Jesus. I am not trying to gain the victory; rather, I walk in the victory that Christ has already purchased for me. Through the supernatural help of God, I dominate all my fears. I am no longer the fearful but the fearless. I am no longer a coward but the courageous. This is my testimony and reality from now on in Jesus Christ.
