She lived a life of contentment:

She didn’t struggle to be like the other maidens. Whatever Hegai gave her, she was okay with it.

“Godliness with contentment is great gain”.

We live in a generation that everyone wants to be like the Jones’s. You’ve forgotten that’s not your name. You have your own life to live. You have a destiny to fulfill. We need to build a generation through our children that are content with whatever they are given, charity indeed begins at home.

Let’s begin to build a generation and a Nigeria that we will all be proud of through our children.

The other maidens took extra things they thought would endear them to the King (clothing’s, extra make over I want to believe, added extra jewelries), but Esther required nothing, WHY?

She so much trusted Hegai to present her as the Queen the way the King would have wanted his Queen. I see Hegai representing the ministry of the Holy Spirit who knows all things and also knows the Heart of God the Father, presenting our case to him in a way that’s acceptable to the Father.

Hegai had served the King for years and he had the first hand information on how the Queen should be dressed to the admiration of her King.

Prov 31 vs 30 ” favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised”.
