Isaiah 54verse2-3: ‘V2-Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; V3-For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.’
My dear friends, your capacity can increase or grow for the better if you are willing to pay the price for it. Nothing just happens in life but things are made to happen! You need to give your attention to capacity building, and I strongly believe that through these teachings, you will be able to take your capacity to another level! And guess what? As you attain this new height, your life won’t be the same again. If you have been following this series of teachings, I have been sharing some of the things that can grow your capacity! And today’s lesson, I want to look at some other ways of developing your capacity! So here we go!
HOW TO INCREASE YOUR CAPACITY:
5. Double Whatever you are Doing Now. This is another important way of increasing your capacity. So, what are you currently doing now? Double up on those things. For example, you can double up on your prayer, worship, word, giving, service, and evangelism lives to develop your capacity. When you do such, you are making more room for increase and expansion. You are enlarging your coast and territory. And as you do so, you are making room for growth and breakthroughs. So what are you waiting for? It’s time to get busy! Start making room for your increase today. Matt25v14-15, 20, 22, 25.
6. Walk with people who are stronger and better than you. Who are you competing or training with? This is very important because it will determine who you are going to become. You become like those you closely associate with, either good or bad. Pro13v20. I have since discovered that the best walk with those who are better and stronger than them. So, who are you walking with? Are you walking with people who can develop your capacity? Who your company is determines what accompanies you and what you can accomplish. So, my admonition to you today is to be wise and discreet in choosing your associations. Be intentional about your associations from today to give yourself a chance to build your capacity. As you take this step, may your life change for the better in Jesus name, amen. 2Ki2v15.
