How You Should Be Praying 3?

Romans12verse12 ‘Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.’

I believe that you have been enjoying these series on how you should be praying. There are ways of praying and there are ways of not praying. You ought to focus your time and energies on the most productive ways of praying, so as to maximize your time properly in the place of prayer. This is why we have been talking about this series. I hope you have been blessed so far. Today, by His grace, we will continue our discussion on how you should be praying. So, without much ado, let’s examine these points right away:

5. Pray with a sense of seriousness and urgency. You must not be slack or negligent in the place of prayers. If you want to get results, there should be no slackness or laziness in your prayer life. My dear friends, you ought to pray without delaying or giving excuses. When you pray in this manner, you cannot but provoke the mighty hands of Jehovah. Acts2v42: 6v4. So make sure you always take your prayer life seriously, so as to reach the fullness of your prayer life.

6. Pray with a sense of perseverance. This is one of the important lessons we need to learn about praying. We must persevere in our prayers to get the results we ought to get in our prayer lives. So make up your mind that you will be relentless and unwavering in your praying life. Learn to tarry or continue the place of prayer. Doing this is one the best lessons you can ever learn about prayer. Lk18v1; Col4v2.
