Daniel 1:8 [KJV]But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s delicacies, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the chief of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.
Daniel was a man who stood out in Babylon, this was evident for some reasons, but one of such reasons was because he was a purposeful or intentional person. He did not live to please men, but he chose to be faithful to God and to his conscience. He practiced intentional living in all he did. This is the same way you ought to live too if you make anything out of your life. So how can someone achieve intentional living? How should one live?
HOW TO BECOME INTENTIONAL?
1. Do whatsoever you need to do now.
Stop procrastinating. Stop giving excuses. You need to remember that another person is getting results from the same circumstance for every excuse you give. You need to challenge yourself today, say no to hesitation, and just do whatever you need. Start taking action instead of waiting endlessly. I can see your life taking on a new meaning from today in Jesus name. Num13v30
2. Focus on the things that are really important to you.
Stop chasing shadows. Make sure you go after your goals, visions, dreams, and the things that give you joy and satisfaction, e.tc. These are just some things that will help you focus on the right things. 1Cor6v12. Beloved, stop being a Jack of all trades, but a master of none.
3. Know what you really want and go for it.
Do you know what you really want or where you want to go? Are you persuaded about whom you want to become? The more you are persuaded about what you want out of life; the more fulfilling your life will be. So Beloved, it’s time to be absolutely clear about what you really want out of this life. Once you know this, you need to commit yourself to those things without distraction. You will then discover that your life will be more rewarding and satisfying. 1cor14v8
Dearly Beloved, I believe you have been blessed by this series of teachings on Intentional living. I pray that these truths will begin to speak in your life in Jesus name.

Prayer for Today: I receive these truths in totality and the blessings thereof in Jesus name, amen
CONFESSION: I choose to be intentional with everything that I do. I will be intentional with my life and my time. I refuse to be a time-waster; I use my time profitably instead. As I inculcate the lifestyle of being Intentional in my life, I can see my life and work changing for the better and I believe and receive it in Jesus name.
