Proverbs 23verse7: ‘For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.’
We need to pay attention to our self-image and self-worth. This is such a vital and critical area of our life that God designs to bring us to his fullness. How you see yourself will also determine how you value yourself. Both of them are connected and this is why we need to pay attention to how we handle this area of our life. So, as a follow-up to our earlier discussion in lesson one, I want to remind you of certain things that your self-worth is not based on. Here we go:
1. Your To-Do List.
2. Your Job.
3. Your Social media follow.
4. Your Age.
5. Your Appearance.
6. Other People.
7. How far you can run.
8. Your Grades.
9. The number of friends you have.
10. Your relationship status.
11. The money (or lack thereof) in the bank.
12. Your Likes (what you like in life)
So my dear friends, your self-worth is entirely up to you! Therefore, stop allowing anyone or anything to dictate how you value yourself. Start taking charge and care of your self-image and self-worth! And as you do such, you will notice a remarkable change and improvement in your life and destiny.

Prayer for Today: Holy Spirit, thank you for restoring my self-image and worth in Jesus’ name, amen.
CONFESSION: I love me and I love what God has created. I am beautiful. I am loved and accepted by God! Therefore, I say no to every form of rejection and any form of guilt and shame! I choose to walk in the fullness of God’s blessings and heritage for me as his child! As I see myself in the way God sees me and value myself the way God places me, my life is taking on a new meaning and reality in Jesus’ name, amen.
