Dearly Beloved, are you aware of the rich and immense inheritance you have in Christ? If many believers know this, they will be living a more victorious and fulfilling life in Christ. This is why I have been sharing along this line and I do believe that you will be empowered to manifest the glorious inheritance that you have in Christ Jesus fully through these series of teachings. Like I said in our last lesson, you have such a huge inheritance in Christ and my focus in this lesson today will be to shed more light on these enviable possessions that are yours. So without any delay, let’s look at them right away.

YOUR INHERITANCE IN CHRIST:

5. You have peace with God. This simply means that God is no longer angry with you anymore, for you have found favour with him. So peace is your heritage and portion! What separated you and God has been mended by Christ himself, for he is your peace. Glory be to God, for you are at peace with God, which is why you have liberty to come before him. (Eph.2v14). So my dear reader, understand from today that the peace of God is your portion.

6. You have the mind of Christ. So this means that the intellect and intelligence of Christ are yours. The mind of Christ is unlimited in knowledge, understanding and wisdom. Christ mind is your portion. This is how to see and view yourself. Stop seeing yourself as one who is deficient but as someone who possesses the mind of Christ. So precious child of God, you know all things because you have the mind of Christ. (1Cor.2v16). You need to start seeing yourself as someone that possesses all knowledge because of the mind of Christ that is yours.

7. You are complete in Christ. This is part of your glorious inheritance in Christ. You lack nothing in Christ. You have all that you need in him. You are not inadequate in Christ. Glory be to God, know from today that you have all things in Christ, for he is your sufficiency, so nothing shall be missing or broken in your life. I want you to say this out loud, “I am complete in Christ, therefore, I lack nothing. This is part of what belongs to you in Christ that you need to fully embrace and also manifest in reality. (Col.2v10).

8. You have security in Christ. You are not trying to be secured but you are already secured in him. Therefore, your protection and preservation is guaranteed. I know we are living in a dangerous world but glory be to God, His security is your heritage. You don’t have to be fearful or fretful for divine security is your heritage (Col.3:3). Therefore, stop walking and acting like someone who does not have any insurance! Start walking in the consciousness and reality of what belongs to you in Christ. Will you rise up to this challenge?

Prayer for Today: I declare today in the name of Jesus that I will not settle for anything other than what belongs to me in Christ. This is my solemn vow in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: His inheritance for me shall not be in vain as I will manifest all that truly belongs to me in Christ. I refuse to settle for something lesser or lower I will possess my possessions in Christ. In fact, I am walking in the fullness of all my inheritance in Christ Jesus, Glory be to God!
