Wonder Working Word 1

Acts 19verse20 ‘So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.’

The Word of God is a wonder-working word! It has the capacity to work wonders or miracles wherever it is planted or sowed! The Word of God has never lost his power. It is efficacious as it was in the days of Jesus and in the times of the Prophets and Saints of God. You can also experience the wonders of his Word because God is no respecter of persons but a respecter of those who have faith in him. As you can see from our text scripture (Acts19v20) that God’s Word prevailed against and over the works of the enemy. No power of hell or Satan can prevail against the Word of God. This is the kind of weapon that God has placed within your disposal and it’s high time for the Word to begin to speak abundantly in your life. Heb4v12
My dear brothers and sisters, the Word of God has the capacity to produce results in any area of your life or need. This is absolutely true but the ability of God’s Word to reproduce is dependent on certain things or factors! So what are these conditions and how can I make them work for me? These are some of the things I will be sharing with you in this series of teachings and so if you are ready, here we go!

1. Where the Word of God is sowed. Where you sow the Word of God will determine whether it will produce for you or not. This is the principle Jesus was explaining in the parable of the sower (Matt13v3-9, 18-23). From this parable, you can identify 4 kinds of heart or grounds that determine whether God’s Word will prosper or not. So let’s examine these kinds of grounds to see which one you have:
a. Wayside Heart-This is the kind of heart or ground that does not understand the Word when it is sowed. Therefore, it’s easy for the devil to steal away the Word
b. Stony Heart or Ground. This is the kind of heart or ground that the Word does not endure because of persecution or affliction that arises because of Word.
c. Thorny Heart or Ground. This is the kind of heart or ground that the Word of God becomes unfruitful because of cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches.
d. Good Heart or Ground. This is the kind of heart or ground that understands the Word and, with patience, bears fruit. Lk8v15.

So what kind of heart or ground do you have? As you can see, the type of grounds you have will determine the harvest you get. So you need to prepare your heart as good soil for the Word of God to prosper therein. This is one of the keys to unlocking the Miracle in the Word. Keep your ground be good all the time so that God’s Word might prevail in your life! If you are receiving this, can I hear a resounding amen?
