Pro.29v18: Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but happy is he who keeps the law.

Dearly Beloved, it’s important for you to understand the role and work of a vision in someone’s life. This is why I have been sharing with you the concept of vision. The presence of a vision in your life will make a lot of difference; that is why you need to fully understand what a vision is and the roles it plays in a man’s life. in our last lesson, I explained severally the concept of a vision but from today, I will be focusing on the importance of a vision. Why is your ability to see crucial? Vision is extremely important because of the following reasons:

THE IMPORTANCE OF VISION:

  1. Because it will determine where you will end up. Vision determines and also influences your Destination in life. Do you know where you heading? If the answer is No, it might be connected to not having a vision for your life, so it’s time to have a clearer vision for your life.
  2. Because it will determine how far you will go in life. You cannot travel farther than what you see. This is why it’s so crucial for you to have a vision for your life, for you can only go as far as you can see. So what can you see? (Num.14v6-9).
  3. Because it will determine how fast you can travel. Vision does not only determine the distance you travel but also the speed with which you travel. So if you want to travel faster, it will be based on the quality of or strength of your vision. It’s just like today; man can travel faster today via air because they have grown in technology as per means of transportation. So you, too, will be able to travel faster based on the strength of your vision.
  4. Because it will determine the direction in which you will go. Vision is like a compass that guides and directs your life. And at times, the reason many people are lost or walking aimlessly is because of a lack of vision. This is why you need to have a clear vision in life or whatever you are doing (Gen.12v1-4).
  5. Because it will determine whom you become. You cannot be greater than your vision. In fact, you are actually a product of your vision. Your vision defines you! So how do you see yourself? As a winner or loser? As a victor or as a victim? (Num.13v30-33). This is why you need to embrace God’s vision for your life and may today usher you into a new season of hope and change in Jesus name, amen.
