Micah7verse8 ’Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me.’
How do you see failure? I have discovered that a lot of people don’t have the right kind of understanding concerning failure. This is why God is bringing this message your way today. Failure is more than a lack of success. Failure is not an enemy or a foe.it is not final or the end of a person! Failure does not define you because you are what God says who you are. Dear precious saints, you should stop looking at failure from the mirror of the world or men’s perspective. It’s time to start looking at failure from a biblical point of view! When you begin to see failure from God’s perspective, it changes a whole lot of things! So what is the true definition of failure?
1. Failure is learning how to succeed. This is an important definition of failure that you need to understand. How does a child learn how to walk? The answer is by falling. How does a child learn how to speak? It’s by stuttering? So how does someone succeed? It is by learning how to succeed. My dear brothers and sisters, this is how you should begin to see failure from today.
2. Failure is not a situation and not a person but it is a process. There is a difference between saying I am a failure and I have failed at doing something. I hope that you can see the difference!
3. Failure is when something or someone is empowered to fail. This simply means that failure can be a spiritual condition. This is why it’s important for you to know how to deal with things in the spirit realm of you are going to walk in dominion. 1Chro4v9-10
4. Failure is part and parcel of success. It is not the opposite of success but an integral part of success. When you begin to see failure from this perspective it becomes easy for you to succeed and also helps you fail forward!
