The Importance of Obeying God’s Instructions 2

John 2verse5: ‘His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.’

God always has reasons for whatever He asks you to do, and you also need to know that He always has your best interest at heart.Pro16v4.This is why focusing on obeying instructions is one of the best decisions you can ever make as a believer. It has the potential to open up a world of endless possibilities in God. And I believe that this will be your testimony in Jesus’ name amen. So why focus on obeying his instructions to me? Are there any benefits? Yes, of course (Let’s look at some of the other benefits of doing so.)

REASONS FOR OBEYING:

5. So that you won’t miss your way or suffer loss in any form or fashion. This is why you need to obey his instructions to you. The children of Israel wandered around in the wilderness because of not yielding to God’s instructions. A journey of about 21 days became a journey of 40 years. All this could have been avoided if they complied with his instructions.Ps81v10-11, 16.

6. Because God sees what I don’t see. He also knows what I don’t know and understands what I don’t understand. You see, in life, we will deal with both tangible and intangible factors, but glory be to God; when you surrender to his leading, you save yourself from a lot of hassles.

7. Because his directives are the gateway to life and happiness. If you want to live a happy and fulfilling life, obeying God’s instructions is not an option but a necessity. This is the key that made the difference in the life of covenant people and I believe it can also be true if you will embrace this truth.Ps16v11:32v8.

8. So that you won’t Miss Out on the things that God has prepared and positioned for you in life. God is in the habit of preparing places and people for his own. Ps37v23-24. I pray that you will not miss out on the places and people he has prepared for you in this season. If you are receiving this can you say a BIG AMEN?
