Gen.39v1-6: Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt. And Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him from the Ishmaelite’s who had taken him down there. The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand. So Joseph found favour in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had, he put under his authority. So it was from the time that he had made him overseer of his house and all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the Lord was on all that he had in the house and in the field. Thus, he left all that he had in Joseph’s hand, and he did not know what he had except for the bread which he ate. Now Joseph was handsome in form and appearance.

Dearly Beloved, I trust that this series of teachings have been of great blessing in your life. One of the primary goals of these lessons is to bring you to the awareness and realization of the treasure that you have in the presence of the Lord. And it’s not just enough for you to know what you have, but more importantly, you need to walk in the reality of what you have. This is my prayer for you in every sense of the Word. His presence brings certain benefits or advantages to our lives. This is what I have been sharing with you, and today by his grace, I will be sharing three more benefits of his presence in our lives. So here we go!

THE PRIVILEGES OF GOD’S PRESENCE:

  1. The Blessings of Divine Healing and Health. God’s presence brings healing and wholeness to every area of our lives. So his presence will guarantee your healing and health. There is no other stronger antidote to sickness, disease, and every form of infirmity other than his presence. His presence will renew your strength and vitality as he did for Moses and other covenant people. Glory be to God, His presence will make you strong and healthy. My dear reader, it’s time for you to walk into the reality of this truth. It’s time to put sickness and disease under your foot. It’s time to walk in dominion over every spirit of infirmity and affliction. So start appropriating the fullness of his presence for your healing and health from henceforth (Deut.34v7).
  2. The Blessings of Divine Transformation. The presence of the Lord changes people and things. You can’t experience the presence of the Lord and remain the same again. In fact, I have discovered that the more you experience his presence, the greater your experience of change. Are you changing for the better? Are things changing for you? Your answers to these questions will determine whether you are really experiencing any change or not. So the time has come for you to experience better changes in every area of your life as you walk in the consciousness of his presence (2Cor.3v18).
  3. The Blessings of Divine Distinction. The presence of the Lord is the Difference Maker. It is what distinguished and differentiates you from others. It makes you stand out and distinct from others. This is what we see in the lives of covenant people like David or Joseph, who walked in his presence. It made them unique and special. This is why I am also decreeing now that God’s presence will single you out of the multitude. You will not be lost in your generation. His presence will not only speak but continue to speak in your life (1Sam.16v13, 18).

Dearly Beloved, it’s time for you to walk into the reality of his presence as a believer. It’s time for you to begin to experience all that God’s presence represents and can do in Jesus name, amen.

Prayer for Today: Holy Spirit, help me to walk in the reality of the fullness of God’s presence in my life and ministry in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: The blessings of his presence is a reality in my life, work, and family. His presence is at work in my spirit soul and body. His presence is at work in my finances, relationships, and enterprise. His presence is changing me and things from glory to glory. His presence makes me whole and hearty. His presence sets me apart from my contemporaries and in my generation. Father, I thank you for I am a partaker of the fullness of your presence in all that I do and in my life generally.
