Prophetic Praise

Isaiah 54verse1-3 ‘V1 Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD. V2 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; V3 For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.

As prophetic people, we ought to do things prophetically and one of the ways by which we can do this is by praising God prophetically. Our praise should be prophetic. What do we mean by this? Prophetic praise is revelatory, predictive or inspired praise. This is the type of praise you see in action in our text scripture (Isaiah 54verse1-3). God is asking the barren to rejoice and celebrate ahead of what he wants to do. I know this kind of praise does not make sense naturally, but it surely produces signs at the end of the day. 2Cor5v7. I don’t know what you are going through but one thing is sure, victory can become the order of the day for you if you
]praise God prophetically. So how can someone offer prophetic praise? You can offer this kind of praise by:

1. Thanking God based on the inspiration of the moment. Yes, prophetic praise is now praise. My dear friend, anything that is prophetic is usually inspirational in nature. So to praise God prophetically is to praise God as it comes to you and not as an afterthought or something that is preplanned. This is how David praised the Lord when he brought the ark back from the house of Obedidom (2Sam6v13-14).it’s time for you too to step into this dimension of praise.

2. By thanking God as inspired or led by the spirit. Prophetic praise is spirit-led praise. It’s the spirit of God moving you to praise God in certain ways. It is just like how the spirit of God came upon David in 2Sam6v13-14. Thank God the spirit of God can also come upon you also but the big question is whether you will yield to his promptings or not. So it’s time for you to watch out for God’s leading when it comes to praising him. When you do this, you will experience unimaginable dimensions in your praise life. Gen4v4-5

3. By thanking God by faith. Prophetic praise is inspired by faith. It is thanking God ahead of time or thanking God as if the answer is in your Hands. My dear brothers and sisters, this dimension of praise will endear you to the heart of the father because God is looking for such a kind of praises. It’s typical to praise God when you can see the answer but it takes faith to praise God before the physical manifestation. This is the dimension of praise that you need to engage if you will see God at work in your life in a mighty way. So what are you waiting for? It’s time for you to deploy this kind of praise to your advantage. And as you do this, may the heavens be opened unto you. Rom4v20:2cor5v7

Prayer for Today: Father God, I step into the dimensions of prophetic praise from today in Jesus name amen.

CONFESSION: I belong to a prophetic company. Therefore, I praise God prophetically. I praise my God by the inspiration of the holy spirit. I praise God as I am led by God and I also praise God by faith. As I do this, my testimonies are undeniable and sure in Jesus name amen.
