Luke13v6-9 ‘V6-He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. V7-Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? V8-And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: V9-And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.’
God has zero tolerance for barrenness, hence you too should not condone it, stop tolerating any form of barrenness. God wants you to have victory over barrenness. Barrenness can be stopped and conquered. And In these series I have shared one of the ways by which you can defeat barrenness. Today I want us to examine another way of dealing with barrenness. If you are ready, here we go:
2. By operating under a prophetic voice. God overturns barrenness via a prophetic voice as we can see in the ministry of Elisha in the scriptures (2Ki2v19-22). He can do the same thing for you also because he is not a respecter of persons but a respecter of faith. And whatever kind of barrenness it is; whether it is territorial, financial, biological, ministerial etc. It shall be overturned in Jesus Christ. In order for this to be a reality, you need to be sensitive to:
-The prophetic instructions of his anointed agents. 2Ki4v1-7
-The inspired words of God. Ps107v20
If you will give yourself wholly to these truths, the yoke of barrenness shall be terminated forever in Jesus name amen. So what are you waiting for? It’s time to go for it. It’s time to settle once and for all the challenges associated with barrenness in your life today!
Other Scriptural References: Mic2v10; Jn2v5; 2Ki4v8-16:6v1-7; Lk1v39-41.
Prayer for Today: Lord I wholeheartedly receive these truths concerning overcoming barrenness in my life in Jesus name amen.
CONFESSION: It’s a new day for me! It’s a brand new season! The yoke of barrenness is terminated in my life and endeavors! I am no longer the barren but the fruitful! My era of bountiful harvest is here! Halleluyah!
