Luke13v6-9 ‘V6-He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. V7-Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? V8-And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: V9-And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.’
You ought to stand up against every form of barrenness in your life because this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. As we can see from the lesson in our text scripture God frowns at barrenness, so there is no reason why you should embrace it either! You can overcome barrenness because God is able to make you fruitful. But before we look at how to deal with barrenness, you need to know what barrenness is all about! So far I have shared six different meanings of barrenness with you, however in today’s lesson I will be focusing on 3 more definitions of barrenness. Let’s examine other dimensions of what barrenness means.
7. Any form of desolation, destruction, devastation, looting and vandalism. This form of barrenness has to do with destroying, ruining or spoiling something. Isa62v1-4. Are there things that looks like this is your life? I decree that you have come to your final bus stop of deliverance in Jesus name amen.
8. Any form of Hardness or stiffness in your life or work. My dear reader, anything that makes it hard or difficult for you to bear fruits is broken now in Jesus name amen. Lk1v5-7
9. Any form of secondary Infertility. This kind of barrenness has to do with people who had been fruitful before but there has been a stop in bearing fruits. This kind of barrenness too can be reversed because nothing is impossible with my father. Gal5v7. So my dear friends, whatever dimension of barrenness that you may be suffering from, it can be subdued and terminated! One thing is sure and certain and that is; you will be victorious over barrenness. This is the same kind of confidence and belief that you need to demonstrate because your hour of deliverance is here!

CONFESSION: I believe that an end has come to every form of barrenness in my life today! Every yoke of barrenness is here by terminated because Jesus has come to set me free! I refuse to be under his influence and control anymore. Hallelujah!
