1Chro.16v9: “For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries”.

Apostle Paul in our foundation scripture in (1Cor.16v9) realized that there are opportunities in the midst of crisis. Do you also know that buried within every problem are the solutions to that problem? This is why it’s important for you to change the way you look at crisis. In fact, the word “crisis” in Japanese and Chinese language is written with 2 symbols signifying “danger and opportunity”. This is why you need to see whatever crisis you are facing today as an opportunity for growth and breakthroughs.

How can you spot opportunities in crisis? How can you see those opportunities? You can do this by:
Asking the right questions. Instead of asking who caused the darkness, ask what caused the darkness and how can I fix it. This is an example of the kind of questions you ought to ask. Ask questions that begins with what, how, why, where, when or who. Asking this kind of questions will stimulate your creativity and innovation. This kind of questions will also enable you to be a better solution provider.

Dearly beloved one, I want you to also know that the kind of questions you ask will also determine the kind of answers you will get. So what kind of questions have you been asking yourself? (Matt.7v7-8)

Following your sixth sense. What do I mean by this? Your sixth sense talks of your conviction, gut feeling, persuasion, intuition or your heart. You are not just supposed to walk by your five senses but also your sixth sense and if you really want to spot opportunities in the midst of crisis, you ought to follow the leading of the Spirit. The Spirit of God knows more than you and when he prompts your heart, it’s because he wants to show you something. At times, what God says or where He leads may not make sense but it will surely produce signs. So, you have to learn to follow the Holy Spirit if you don’t want to be stranded in life (1Ki.17v1-7).

My dear reader, I do believe that you can now see that there are prospects in every problem and as you begin to implement the principles we have spoken about, a new world of opportunities will open up to you.
