2Timothy 4verse13 ‘The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee, and the books, but especially the parchments.’

The great Apostle Paul was a lifetime learner. He kept learning even till his old age. The book of 2Timothy was one of his last books, and as you can see here, he still had a strong appetite for learning. This is what prompted him to tell Timothy to bring his books and parchments for him, even though he was in prison. My dear friends this is the same kind of attitude that you need to have if you will truly be successful in whatsoever you do.
The more you learn, the more you earn. 2Pet3v18. Those who don’t stop learning will never stop growing and will ultimately succeed in life. Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field of endeavor. The day you stop learning is the day that you start dying because learning keeps you fresh.
So my admonition to you today, dearly beloved, is to never stop learning. Make up your mind that you will keep learning:

1. On your job.

2. Your craft, trade or business.

3. From others i.e. your mates, juniors, mentors, mentees etc.

4. From life.

5. From your mistakes, errors and failures.

6. From your observations and experience.

7. From God’s Word.

My dear brothers and sisters if you stay true to these decisions, you see that your life will change for the better. So what are you waiting for? It’s time to take the step of faith! Another important thing to note is that those who never stop learning will:

-Never stop Growing.
-Never stop improving or getting better.
-Never stop changing.
-Never stop progressing.
-Have a greater chance of Succeeding.

Dearly beloved, I pray that the blessings of those who never stop learning will become yours in Jesus name amen.
