2Cor.4v8-9: We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.

Do you know that you can become a better crisis manager? But how you handle crisis also matters, as it’s one of the fundamental truths that will help you in becoming a better Crisis Manager. So it’s important to pay attention to how you deal with the crisis of your life. This is what I have been sharing with you thus far in this series of teaching and today, by his grace, I intend to share the remaining reasons why you should pay attention to the crisis of life. If you are ready for this, so off we go!

REASONS FOR MANAGING CRISIS EFFECTIVELY:

  1. Because it will determine your future or destiny. Your tomorrow is connected to how you handle the crisis of life. In fact, the future is beautiful and glorious for the man who is a better manager of crisis and the future is bleak for the man who is not a better manager of crisis. Consider the example of Joseph, despite having a great dream, he was a better crisis manager; in fact, his dreams were realized as a result of how he handled the crisis of life that was before him. The same will also be said of you as you begin to respond properly to the challenges of life (Gen.41v38-39).
  2. Because it will determine whether God will fight your battles or not. God wants to fight your battles but you might be hindering him by the way you have been responding to the crisis of life. Look at the way God fought for Joseph, Daniel, and David, to mention just a few, as they responded properly to the crisis of their lives. I have realized that it’s better for God to fight your battles than yourself or any man for nobody can fight as your God fights. Let him fight your battles by responding properly to the challenges of life. Stop fighting for yourself; let God take over from today (Dan.3v16-26). I guarantee you that you won’t be put to shame in Jesus name, amen.
  3. Because it will determine whether God will be pleased with you or not. Is God pleased with your attitude or actions in a time of crisis or not? Consider the example of Joseph; it was never recorded in the Bible that he complained or murmured in his trying times. His attitude and actions were spots on. No wonder God was highly pleased with him. Can the same be said about you or not? Can God brag about you in a time of crisis or not? This is why you ought to start paying attention to how you have been responding to the crisis of life (Ps.105v17-22). Precious child of the Most High, it’s time for you to pay close attention to your response to crisis for it’s a major determinant of many things in life. As you do this, I see the wind of change blowing over your life and work.
