Psalm 34verse1-2 ‘I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.’

God expects you to praise him regardless of the circumstances or situations of life. This is His Will concerning you in Christ Jesus. This is why I have been sharing about being intentional with your praise. If you want to see the wonders of Praising God, you need to be deliberate with your praise. Don’t allow any form of mood to hinder you from praising your God. So to succeed in Praising God intentionally, how should you go about it? You can be intentional with your praise by:

3. Just starting to praise God anyhow or any way. This is one of the keys to intentional praise. Just start praising God right where you are. Just start praising God with what you have. Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Just start now! Start in the flesh and you will end up in the spirit. Start with faith and the spirit of God will take over. The most important thing is to start. Take the initiative and liberty today to start. You will experience God in another dimension as you begin to do this. Eccl11v4. So start now!

4.  Thank God Intentionally. Thank God on purpose. Do this deliberately. This is one means of praising God intentionally. I am sure you are wondering: what can I thank God for intentionally? Some of them are as follows:

-You can thank God for your life

-You can thank God for your spouse

-You can thank God for your children

-You can thank God for your job or business

-You can thank God for your gifts and abilities

-You thank God for your health and peace

Generally speaking, there are several other things that you can thank God for intentionally. So let me challenge you by writing down a list of what you are grateful for this year. When you do this, you will experience praise on a new Level. Rom1v8: 1Thess1v2-3

5. Decide that you will praise God and keep praising him. This has to be your resolution if you will succeed in praising God intentionally. So make up your mind that praising God will be your way of life. As you follow the example of King David, you will discover that as you begin to appreciate God for all you have, what you have will begin to appreciate. So if I were you, I would begin to practice these life-changing principles. If you are saying yes to this, can I hear a resounding Amen?

Prayer for Today: Father God, I embrace fully from today the practice of being intentional with my praise in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: Gratefulness is my way of life. This is my decision and purpose beginning today. I will be intentional with my Praise. I will praise God on purpose and not based on pleasure.
