How To Seek Him

Psalm 105verse4. ‘The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek God: God is not all his thought.’(KJV)

How we seek the Lord matters a lot because it will determine the outcome or results. This is why it’s important to seek the Lord in the right ways. There are right ways of seeking God and there are wrong ways of seeking God. If your seeking won’t be in vain, then you need to pay attention to how you seek Him. When you look at the scriptures, it is clear that God has not left us in the dark as to how to seek Him. If you will also take a closer look at our text scripture (Ps105v4), you will see some of the ways God wants us to seek him. So how should you seek Him? I have discovered from experience and also the scriptures that we ought to seek God in the following ways:

WAYS OF SEEKING THE LORD:

1. Seek him Early. God wants you to seek him on time and to also seek him first. Seeking God should be the first thing on our minds, not the second or even the last thing. When you seek him early you cannot come last. Matt6v33: Ps63v1.So it’s time to seek Him early.

2. Seek him Continually. We ought to seek him regularly and every day. This is the kind of seeking that leads to undeniable encounters and change in Stories. So, my dear friends, let nothing stop you from seeking him every blessed day.1Chro16v11

3. Seek him with all your heart. God wants you to seek him with all of your heart i.e. Spirit, soul and body. My dear reader, you need to put everything that you have got into the business of seeking God if you will find him. Jer29v11.Seeking God this way will give you uncommon victories and breakthroughs. So, what are you waiting for? It’s time to seek him in this manner.

4. Seek him at the Appointed Time. There is a right time for seeking God. Timing is everything in the Kingdom. This is why you need to be sensitive to the seasons of life. Doing the right thing at the right time will lead to success while doing the wrong thing at the wrong time will lead to disaster. So, you need to be discerning enough in order not to miss your moment in life. Ps32v6: Eccle3v1

5. Seek his Ways. His ways are higher and better than our ways! Those who know his ways will also know his wonders. So, seek to know his ways because it is his ways that produce his acts. My dear friend as you seek to be familiar with his ways or wisdom, you will get to know God more and better. Living like this is what will put you in command of circumstances and situations in life. Ps105v4;103v7

So, my dear brothers and sisters, make seeking his ways your priority because that is the secret to success and lasting peace
