You are welcome back to our discussion on how to respond to the challenges of this season! I hope you are enjoying this series of teachings because it is intended to help you respond properly to all the confusion and chaos around us. How you respond to these challenges will determine whether you will be victorious. It will also determine whether you succeed or even fail. So this is why your response is crucial and key! You either have the option of rising up to the occasion or lying low! Or it could be becoming a victor or a victim! The choice is definitely yours but I beseech you to choose to respond properly! I am sure you are wondering what is special about your response that is worth paying attention to! You will see the importance of your response as we go through some of the basic truths about your response!
BASIC TRUTHS ABOUT YOUR RESPONSE:
1. Our responses are not the same. The truth of the matter is that some of us are responding properly while some of us are responding poorly! This simply means that not everyone is responding well! So, my dear reader, how have you been responding? Gal5v7.
2. Some of us are responding while some of us are reacting. The truth of the matter is that reacting won’t change anything; only responding will change things. So this is why you need to choose your response properly. Deut30v19
3. You have the power to choose your response. I cannot choose your response for you. Only you can choose or determine your response! The power is in your hands. The ball is in your court! So use it wisely! Take hold of your life and destiny! Take charge from today! Dan1v8. Make up your mind to influence your outcome positively by taking charge!
4. There is a right way to respond and there is a wrong way to respond. Pro14v12. So make up your mind to respond properly! Choose to respond in the right way! Choose to follow God’s pattern or methods! Make up your mind that you will not complain or murmur! Choose a better response! Our choices are so powerful because it can make or mar our lives at the end of the day!
My dear brothers and sisters, one of the primary purposes of this series of teachings is to equip you with the right way of responding to the challenges of this season! And if you understand these principles very well, it will usher you into another dimension of living and victory! So make up your mind to be different from others! Make up your mind to stand out! As you embrace God’s method of responding in this season, you will discover that realm of grace that is available in Jesus Christ! Ps46v1-6.
