2Cor.5v7: For we walk by faith, not by sight.

Living by faith is God’s prescription for the believer, and it is what brings glory and pleasure to God. This is why the subject of living by faith is so crucial and so far in this series, I have shared two ways by which you can live by faith. Today by the special grace of God, I will be sharing with you two more powerful means of taking your faith walk to another level. So without much ado, let’s examine the keys right away.

LIVING BY FAITH:

3. By using your faith regularly. To live or walk by faith means to release your faith regularly or consistently, i.e. every day. Your faith won’t grow if you don’t exercise it regularly. It’s just like physical fitness and health; you need regular exercise if you will stay fit and healthy. In the same vein, you need to exercise your faith regularly if it’s going to work. So how often do you use your faith? (Lk.17v5-6). As a general rule, use your faith regularly. Don’t wait until there is an emergency before you use your faith. Let your faith be active and not passive. I also want you to know that it’s faith that is used regularly that will grow and deliver results. So it’s time to put your faith to work. Always make sure that there is something you are using your faith for! In this way, you keep your faith alive and active. So start using your faith from today.

4. By speaking the words of faith. Faith always has a voice and it’s the voice of victory (1Jn.5v4). Faith is never silent or quiet. Real faith in God always speaks. This is how to walk by faith, i.e. when you know how to speak faith-filled words. One major thing about speaking the words of faith is that it boosts your faith and also creates the realities and possibilities of what you are saying. So my dear reader, if you ever want to live by faith, you must know how to speak faith-filled words. Never speak defeat or your doubts. Otherwise, it will weaken your faith. Never speak your fears and worries! Always speak faith in the face of any situation of life. In this way, you will be giving your faith a booster or lifter. Precious child of God, learn to speak your desires, expectations, and dreams. Learn to speak what you want and not what is available. Learn to speak life and not death. Learn to speak to your Goliath like David did (1Sam.17v45-47). Learn to speak to your mountain and not about your mountain. I want you to remember that whatsoever you say is what you will get or receive. So keep speaking the words of faith no matter what happens! Doing this will strengthen your faith and bring you into the manifestation of your dreams/desires. It’s a new day for you. I can see your faith working mightily for you. Rejoice, for your victory is here!
