How To Have An Amazing Year 6

2Chro.27v6: So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the Lord his God.

The possibilities of having a far better year than last year are available to you if only you will take advantage of the information and principles that God is making known to you through this series in Jesus name, amen. King Jotham became so successful because of the attention he paid to his preparations. Part of the important things you need to do in order to have a wonderful year is what I have been sharing with you and as you take full advantage of these principles, may your life change for the better too. So today, by his Grace, I will be sharing with you the sixth principle that will help you to have a beautiful year. So off we go!

CONDITIONS FOR HAVING AN AMAZING YEAR:
6. Learn to take initiatives this Year. To have a wonderful year, you must not be passive but proactive. Be action-oriented this Year. I want you to recall this saying “heaven helps those who help themselves’. You need to be diligent with regard to the business of life and destiny. Don’t be a sitter but be on the Move. Take initiatives concerning the following this year:
– Your Tomorrow/Future
– Your Destiny
– Your Joy/happiness
– Your Vision/Dreams
– Your Career/Business
– Your Goals/Aspirations
– Your Ministry/Calling
This is one of the vital keys to having an amazing year that you need to get your handle on this Year. So how can you take the Initiatives? You can do so by:

– Stop Procrastinating. Just do whatever you need to do. Stop waiting for the feeling; just do it (Rom.2v1).

– Confront your Fears/Insecurities. Until you face your fears, it will keep on dominating you. So face those giants this year. Begin to live Courageously and watch how your life will take on a new meaning. Will you start doing so from today? (Jos.1v6, 7, 9).

–Do what you have always wanted to do. Live your dreams. Pursue your goals. Stop trying to please people at your own detrimental. Go after your vision. Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Just start. It’s the beginning that makes the condition perfect. So it’s time to become the person God designed you to be (Eccle.11v4).
May this year bring out the best that’s in you as you learn to take initiatives in Jesus name, amen.

Prayer for Today: I will not be an onlooker this year in the affairs of my life. By His Grace and help, I take charge of my life in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: This Year will deliver its dividends unto me by his Grace; I will not labour in vain. I will not labour to lose it all. I will not labour with nothing to show for it. I will be proactive about the matters of my life. I refuse to be idle or lazy. As I take initiatives this year, I will fulfil my colourful destiny in Jesus name, amen.
