Happy new month to you and yours. Its a new season, it’s a new day. I pray this month yields it’s increase to you in Jesus name.

Challenges, pressures, trials come in various shapes and sizes, there’s absolutely nobody that’s immune to this side of life, but the joy of it is that once we learn the lessons that phase of life has taught us, we get better not bitter, we get stronger and we are well equipped to lend a helping hand to someone going through such a phase in their lives too.

The fourth way to handle the pressures of life is

4. To be focused: be focused on your goal, dream, purpose in life, the finishing line, in other words, focus on where you are going.

In life, there are so many distractions. Funnily, there’s an adage that says where we are going to is not far, but where we are branching to makes the journey far.

Ask your self these questions:

Where am I heading?

Am I on the right track?

Am I distracted?

If you are distracted or hopping on somebody’s lane, you can save yourself the trouble of not been disqualified by retracing your steps and getting back on your lane. You are not applauded for doing somebody else’s job, Paul said, “I have finished the work you gave me”. Stop meddling on what’s not your purpose, as my Mama, Mummy Adejumo will always say, “face front” ie mind your own business or work. Be focused.

Make up your mind today to stay focused and not be distracted.

When you are focused on your goal and purpose in life, the pressures of this life will not have it’s hold over you.

Stay blessed and stay safe.
