Proverbs17 verse16 ‘Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.’
There are ways of changing things for the better in our life and endeavours. Thank God, he has made a way of effecting changes for the better. So you need not put away any contrary situation in your life or work. This is why God is sending this series of teachings your way today. I pray that it will usher you into a new lease of life in Jesus name, amen.
So what does it take for things to get better? How can you change things for the better? You can do so:
1. By willing to change. I mean that things will change for the better when you are willing to change. You can’t remain who you are and expect things to change for the better. You need to change in order for things to change for the better. So are you ready to change? I know that change is not easy but you have to change in order for things to change. Without doing this, things will still remain the same way it is. My dear friends, I want you to consider the following people:
-Hannah was willing to change; that was why her condition changed too. 1Sam1v9-17
-Jacob was willing to change; that was why his condition changed too. Gen32v26
-The Prodigal Son was willing to change; that was why his condition changed too. Lk15v17
So the ball is in your court! It’s time for you to be brutally honest with yourself! It’s time for you to do away with your excuses, laziness, lukewarmness, fears and the victim mentality. It is time to take hold of your destiny! It’s time for you to face your Goliath! Are you ready to make that move today? Are you ready to change? When you decide to change and cooperate with God’s power, that is when things will begin to change for the better. I pray that today will usher you into such a kind of encounter in Jesus name, amen.

Prayer for Today: Lord, give me an encounter today that will change me for the better in Jesus name, amen.
CONFESSION: I choose to turn a new leaf today. Holy Spirit, come to my aid and rescue. Be my helper and comforter! As I say bye to my past and the old me, I step into the new dispensation you have prepared for me in Jesus name, amen.
