Acts16verse25-26 ‘V25-And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. V26–And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.’

I know praising God in the midst of the storms of life does not make sense but I want you to know that:

-It is possible. This is clearly evident in the story we see in our text scripture (Acts15v25-26). Paul and Silas exhibited Joy in the midst of trouble and persecution. They were joyful in the midst of the storm that came their way. If they could exhibit this kind of joy, then it’s possible for you to also manifest this kind of victory and joy because the same Lord is rich unto all. And what he can make happen for one, He can make it happen for another, if they are willing to meet the conditions. So cheer up, my dear reader, for the same grace is available to you also if you will only learn how to Rejoice in the midst of your challenges.

-This is God’s will for you. Yes, God wants you to be joyful in the midst of the storms of life. This is his perfect will for you as revealed in his Word. The evidence of this truth abounds in the scriptures. So, my dear reader, are you willing to do his will or not. 1Thess5v18.

The storms of life come to all of us and no one is exempted from this, but the good thing is that God has designated you for victory. Jn16v33. However when the storms of life comes our way, one thing that the enemy is after is your joy. This is why you need to keep your joy: if you lose your joy, you have lost the battle. But on the other hand, if you can keep your praise, then your victory and breakthrough are certain. I believe that you can now see why it’s important for you to be praiseful in the midst of whatever challenges that you may be going through because your praise is working out things for your good.

This is why you need to be praiseful no matter what may come your way! Keep praising God no matter what! I know that this is not easy from the natural point of view but this is something that you can do by faith and courage.Ps145v1-2. Therefore, make up your mind from today that you will be praiseful no matter what kind of challenges come your way. I believe that you have been blessed by this introduction into this message today! Join me tomorrow for the continuation of this series.
