Acts 4 verse 33 โAnd with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.โ
I strongly believe that God has called us to abound in grace. This is revealed through the scriptures. When you take a good look and study the New Testament, especially the epistles, you will notice that God wants all his children to be full of grace. He wants your life to be regulated by his grace. When you check from the account of most of the epistles, you will see a lot of emphasis on living by grace. For example, if you look at these scriptures, you will see what I mean: (Rom1v7: 16v20, 24: 1Cor1v3; 16v23: 2Cor1v2; 13v14: Gal1v3; 6v18: Philip1v2; 4v23, etc.)
I believe that you can see from the testimony of the scriptures that God wants you to abound richly in his grace. He wants you to live a grace-filled life. What kind of life is this? It is a:
-Life that is saturated and driven by the grace of God.
-Life that is directed, regulated, and controlled by the grace of God.
-Life that is not lacking in the grace of God.
-Life that is lived in and through the grace of God.
This is the kind of life God has called you to live, and nothing should make you settle for anything else.
One of the major reasons why abounding in grace is so crucial is because grace is the solution or answer to the challenges of this world. We thank for other dispensations, but there is no other dispensation like the dispensation of grace. This grace dispensation brought us to a new level of provisions, power, and privileges as believers. Tit2v11-13: Rom3v24
Sometimes we don’t even realize what we have because if we do, we will be walking upon our high places and dominating our world. This is why I believe God is sending this series of teachings our way. Just like his grace abounded towards the Apostles (Acts 4v33), his grace can also abound towards you. So if you are ready for this, can you say a resounding amen?
