2 Thess 1:3 [NKJV] We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other,

2. By Constantly Using Your Faith.

This is how to grow and develop your faith. Faith that is not constantly exercised or used, it won’t be made strong. It’s time to put your faith to work. While it’s important to feed your faith, it’s equally important to use it. Of what use is faith that is not exercised? It’s just like someone who is just eating without exercising; he or she won’t get the full benefits of the food. My dear reader, the way you can get the energy in any food is by exercising. Dear friends, you need to put to work or use the faith that you have. Jam 2 v 18. I’m sure you are wondering, how can I put my faith to work? How does someone exercise their FAITH? There are several ways of doing this and I like us to examine some of them:

WAYS OF EXERCISING YOUR FAITH:

A. By Using Your Faith To Believe God For Things.

Dearly Beloved, if you want your faith to be strong and healthy, this is how to do it. There should be things that you are believing God for at every point in time. This will make your faith stronger. If you hardly use your faith, there is no way it will become strong. So, my admonition to you today is to start using your faith. Mk 9 v 23 – 24; 11 v 23 – 24

B. By Constantly Affirming Or Speaking Your Faith.

This is how your faith is made strong.  You need to make faith declarations or confessions every day. Confession is faith’s way of expressing itself. So, make sure you always say what you desire or believe God for. My dear reader, start putting into use today your faith by speaking faith-filled words instead of fear-filled words. Learn to use your mouth well and wisely. Heb 3 v 6,14; 10 v 23

Dearly Beloved, make sure your faith is active and not passive.  Always put it to work. This is how to develop and build up your Faith. Never allow your faith to be idle. Put it to use constantly. The more you use something, the better it becomes in your hands and vice versa. The more you use something, the better you become. And whatsoever you use constantly, it will appreciate in value and vice versa also. So, it’s time for you to put your faith to work. Lk 17 v 5 – 6. As you do so, I see your faith growing by leaps and bounds in Jesus name, amen.

Prayer for today: Oh Lord, I receive this revelation about my faith today! I am stepping into a new realm of faith in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: My faith walk can never remain the same again as I put into use my faith, things are turning around for my good. My faith is also getting stronger and stronger. I am growing and developing in my faith life! Glory to God in the highest, it’s a new day and a new dawn for me!
