You are welcome back to our discussion on believing in yourself and your dreams! I trust that you were blessed by the things I shared in our first lesson.My focus in today’s lesson is to go a bit further in sharing with you some other dimensions of this important subject matter.The major problem is that we don’t believe in ourselves that much, which is not good by any standard.This is why I believe God is sending you this word today.I have discovered some important truths you need to know that will help you believe in yourself and your dreams! And they are as follows:
1. Some people will believe in you and in your dreams. I want you to notice the word “Some”.This simply means that not everyone will believe in you or your dreams.1Sam14v6-7
2. Some people won’t believe in you and your dreams. This should not come as a rude shock to you.It’s one of the bitter truths that you need to know and knowing this will save you from a lot of hassles and stress.1Sam25v10
3. Some people will not believe in you and your dreams now but will change your mind later. This position should not stop you from believing in yourself and your dreams.Make sure you never stop believing in yourself and your dreams because this matters the most. 2Ki2v15
4. Some people will be indecisive about believing in you and your dreams. They don’t know what to make of you or your dreams.But my dear reader,their disposition should not stop you from believing in yourself and your dreams.Jam1v8
5. Some people will never believe in you and your dreams. I know this may seem harsh, but what matters most is for you to believe in yourself and your dreams. Afterall, in the final analysis, it’s your dream and not theirs.We are talking about your life and not their life here. Besides all these, remember that you will give an account to God as per the stewardship of what he has given you.
So my dear brothers and sisters, stop trying to please everyone.Make up your mind to please God and follow your heart and dreams.Cherish and nourish your dreams because it’s important and has value.Don’t allow the doubts, scepticism or criticism of others to stop you from believing in yourself and your dreams.Go where you are celebrated and not tolerated.Don’t allow anyone or anything to kill or take advantage of your dreams.Believing in yourself and your dreams is one of the best compliments you can give yourself. So my dear reader, stop shooting yourself in the leg. Impossibility is nothing when you believe and when you choose to believe, Mighty Miracles will begin to take place in your life!
