Believe In Your Purpose

Proverbs 16:4: The Lord has made all for Himself; Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom

There are reasons God does whatsoever he does. He does not just do things anyhow but according to purpose. This is the meaning of Proverbs 16:4. In the same vein, there is a purpose for your life and you need to believe in your purpose. It’s not just important for you to know your purpose but you need to believe in it. How do you know someone who believes in their purpose?

• They pursue their purpose wholeheartedly without any distraction. Are you pursuing your purpose or something else?
• They are not trying to be like someone else. Are you an original or photocopy?
• They live intentionally. They live by design and not by default. They live by choice and not by chance or coincidence (Daniel 1:8).

It’s time to start believing in the purpose of God for your life. It’s time to fully embrace your calling and assignment, for therein lies your fulfillment and satisfaction. As we finish our study today, I want you to always remember that:

• God’s purpose is better and higher than your purpose or any other purpose (Proverbs 19:21).
• God’s Purpose is greater than your pain, past, and present circumstances. Stop doubting God’s plans for your life because there is no better plan than this.

PRAYER FOR TODAY: Father forgive me for ignoring and contending with your plans for my life. I wholeheartedly accept and believe in your good plans and intentions for my life. By faith, I acknowledge and receive your plans for my life today. Holy Spirit, help me never to doubt and question your plans for my life.

CONFESSION: I am a believer and not a doubter. I believe in the plans that God has for me because His plans and thoughts towards me are good and not evil. I believe in God’s purpose for me and I renounce every other contrary plan. It’s God’s plan that will come to pass in my life. I chose to follow God’s plans and path for my life. Because I pursue God’s purpose, I will never be stranded neither will I be put to shame in Jesus name, Amen.
