Psalm 115verse14-15 ‘V14-The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children. V15-Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.’

There is a covenant of Increase in Christ and it is the heritage of the believer. As you can see from our text scripture (Ps115v14-15) that God’s purpose is to increase you more and more! There is an unlimited increase in God! God has not put a limit on what you can get but sadly it is you that puts a limitation on what you can accomplish. This is why God is sending this word your way today! But before I delve into this teaching further, I want us to understand what increase is all about. What is increase?
-To grow in length, breadth, width or height. To expand, elongate or broaden something.
-To become greater in number (quantity), level (rank), amount (size), quality or intensity.
These are just some of the meanings of increase. However before I begin to share with you how to activate this covenant. You need to know certain truths about this covenant of increase. So what are these truths?

1. Increase is in God’s Covenant for me. God’s covenant includes increase. This simply means that God intends to increase and it’s actually a covenant of increase. Do take note of the word covenant! It’s a powerful word which means: oath, treaty, league or binding agreement between 2 or more parties. You will also see this covenant of increase at work in the lives of covenant people like Abraham, Isaac and Jacob! (Gen12v12:26v12-16:30v43). If this covenant worked in their lives, it can also work for you too because God is no respecter of persons. This is why you need to know the increase is part and parcel of God’s covenant for you. If you are keying into this, can I hear a resounding amen?

2. God is a God of increase. He wants you to increase and not decrease or diminish. This simply means that God takes delight or pleasure in your increase. Glory be to God! God is happy when you grow or increase. So precious, Child of God, let no one deceive you in believing that God is not interested in your increase! He specializes in increasing things. This is why he will increase you if you allow him. So settle this truth forevermore in your heart! God is interested in your increase not your decrease! He is committed to increasing you and yours! And as you cooperate with him, he will make his covenant of Increase speak in your life. Ps71v21: 105v24.
