Ps.107v20: He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

As a child of God, God’s word is readily available to you anytime you need it but if this will truly benefit you, you need to know how to stir up or put its power into use or to your advantage. This is why you need to know how to activate His power by His word. This is what we see at work in (Ps.107v20). The sent word brought healing and deliverance because of the person activating the word. Do you know how to provoke the power in the word? This is what I will be sharing with you today. You can put to use the power in the word. How can you achieve this? You do this by:

HOW TO ACTIVATE HIS WORD?

• Speaking the word of God. There is power in speaking the word of God. This is what we see in action in (Ps.107v20) and this is what you too need to do anytime you need to access the power in the word. Dear reader, as you speak the word, God’s power is being activated because the word of God is power! Speaking the word of God is speaking the power of God! It’s time to speak the word. Speak the word over your finances, marriage, business, family et cetera. As you do, you will see the power of God at work in your life (Heb.4v12).
• Exercising your faith. What is faith? Faith is acting on the renewed word of God to you. So exercising your faith is acting on the word of God and when you do this, the power of God is provoked on your behalf. This is how the power of faith works and this is why it’s important to know how to exercise your faith. Faith connects you to the power of God. This is the hidden truth behind the manifestation of God’s power in the Bible. This also can be your lot today as you begin to exercise your faith in God’s word. Start using your faith now, for the more you use your faith, the stronger its chances of growing and the greater the manifestation of God’s power in your life (Mk.5v26-34: 6v5-6). My dear reader, never underestimate the power of your faith, for your faith has the potential to move mountains but it won’t do so if you don’t start having faith in your faith.

Precious child of God, it’s apparent that God’s power is available to you via His word. So you are never without His power. Rise up and begin to put His power to work in your life. I see things changing in your favour in Jesus name, amen.

Prayer for Today: Heavenly Father, help me to activate and maximize the power that is in your word in my life in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: The power that is in the word is my heritage. I walk and flow in that power. Glory be to God for the power in the word is at work in my life and work. His power works mightily in and through me. God’s power is working actively for my good. I am never without His power. His power places me ahead in life and in all my endeavours. Therefore, I rule and reign on earth by His power and this power enables me to fulfil my colourful destiny in Jesus name, amen.
