Proverbs 13verse20 ‘He that walketh with wise men shall be wise; but a companion of fools shall be destroyed’.

Friendship is not by force but by choice. This is why you need to choose your friends wisely. In fact, the Law of Association states that You become like the company you keep, either good or bad. This is what our text scripture is also implying. This is why you need to walk with the right company or people because whom you walk with can affect you either positively or negatively. This is why you need to walk with Possibilitarians and not doubters or sceptics. Walk with people who see possibilities, talk possibilities. Think possibilities and do the impossible.

My dear brothers and sisters, there are some company that you need to avoid at all costs. Who are these people? They are:

– People who are envious or jealous of your dreams.

– People who can’t stand your success

– People who belittle you or your dreams

– People with a double lifestyle. They are someone else in the open as compared to the dark.

– People who hate you without reason.

– People with a secret or hidden agenda.

– People with a pretentious love. Rom12 9

My dear reader, you need to avoid these kinds of people at all costs.

So who are the right kind of people to walk with then?

PEOPLE TO WALK WITH

I.  People who will inspire and encourage your dreams.

Ii. People who are not intimidated by your success or progress.

iii. People who believe in the merit of your dreams.

Iv. People who have been to where you are trying to go to.

v. People who possess what you need or lack.

Vi. People who genuinely care about you and your dreams.

vii. People who can help you get to where you are going.

These are the important people you need to associate with to accomplish your colourful destiny. Make sure you pay attention to the kind of people you walk with because they ultimately determine your outcomes in life. Pro27v17

CONFESSION: Holy Spirit, I receive your wisdom in choosing whom to walk with. I choose to walk with the right kind of people and not just anyone. I will associate with the people who can better my life and help my destiny. As I walk with the right company, I am getting better and stronger by the Day!
