Eccle.3v1: To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.

You are welcome back to our discussion on the subject of reflecting and projecting. I hope you are gaining wisdom and help as per this concept of thinking and planning. This is why you need to inculcate into your life the culture of thinking and reflection. This was one of the major secrets of the prodigal son when he ran away from his father. He came back home and to his senses because he reflected on where he was and also projected into the future because of the opportunities/possibilities ahead of him (Lk.15v17-20). This is what you, too, need to do, hence the reason for our discussion today. I have shared so far with you three reasons why you need to reflect and project. Today by his grace, I intend to share four major reasons why you should practise the culture of reflecting and projecting. So if you are ready, here we go!

REASONS FOR REFLECTING AND PROJECTING:

  1. So as to be able to receive clarity and instructions. What does this mean? It simply means that reflecting and projecting puts you into a position where you receive insights, instructions, and a better understanding of all that God has in store for you.
  2. Because it helps you make decisions. Those who reflect on things and project ahead of time seem to make better decisions. So this is one way of improving your decision-making. As you take time to reflect and project, you will notice an improvement in your sense of judgment, thus putting you in a far better position in Jesus name, amen (Dan.1v8).
  3. Because it will help you in making better progress in life. There is hardly anyone who doesn’t want to go forward. Interestingly, one of the attributes of those who go forward in life is the art of reflection and projection (Pro.20v18). So, my dear reader, it’s time for you to embrace the culture of reflecting and projecting ahead of time.
  4. Because it helps you to identify the threats and trouble spots that you have to deal with. At times, we are blind to the obvious threats and enemies of our peace until we reflect and project (Lk.14v28-30).

My dearly beloved, this is why I challenge you from today to embrace the culture of projecting and reflecting fully. I guarantee you that you will thank me later.

CONFESSION: Reflecting and projecting is the new order for me. As I reflect and project ahead of me, I am enjoying the full benefits of this form of thinking. I am gaining wisdom, insight, and grace for supernatural living. My life and results are getting better as I maximize the culture of reflecting and projecting into the future.
