Genesis 26verse1,12-14 ‘V1 And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. V12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. V13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: V15 For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.’

God can prosper you regardless of where you are and whatever you might be going through. Your prosperity is not determined by the environment, people or situations of life. God has what it takes to prosper you even in life’s most difficult circumstances. So you need not worry about this season of shortage or recession that we live in because God is able to prosper you. So what are the things that it takes to prosper in this season? What does it really take to prosper? These are the questions that I intend to answer by the grace of God in this series, so if you are ready for this, let’s examine this right now!
How to Prosper in This Kind of Economy

1. By believing in God, yourself and his anointed agents. This is one of the secrets of prospering in such a time like this. To believe means to have confidence or faith in the truth, the existence or reliability of something.
So do you believe in his prophetic word to you? Pro13v13.Do you believe in his anointed agents? 2Chro20v20. And do you believe in yourself? These are the questions that you must provide answers to if you want to prosper in challenging times like this. Lk1v45

My dear reader, I have discovered at times that people find it easier:
-To believe in others than to believe in God or themselves.
-To believe in the environment than believing in God or themselves
-To believe in what others have said that believing in God and themselves
-To believe in what they see than believing in God or themselves.
-To believe in what they know, than believing in God and themselves.
But precious child of God, you need to believe God’s word in yourself and his anointed agents if you really want to prosper in tough times. So are you willing to believe?
