Isaiah 61verse1-3 ‘V1The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; V2-To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; V3-To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.’

There is an unlimited possibility in the anointing. If we ever realize this, we will maximize what God wants to do via anointing to the fullest. Where anointing is, possibilities abound! This is what the Prophet Isaiah is making us realize in our text scripture (Isaiah 61v1-3). If you take a good look at this text carefully, you will notice that the following possibility abounds in the anointing, the anointing to:

-Preach good tidings to the poor

-Bind up the broken-hearted

-Liberate the captives

-Open the prison doors

-Proclaim the Year of the Lord’s favor (Jubilee)

-Proclaim the day of vengeance

-Comfort all that mourn in Zion etc.

These are not the only possibilities that abound in the anointing because we have several other pieces of evidence of what the anointing is capable of.Ps92v10: Isa10v27 My dear reader, but what is most important is how you and I can experience all these possibilities. This is God’s highest desire for all of his children. So what does it take to receive the possibilities in the anointing? It will take the following:

1. Coveting and desiring the anointing afresh. Those who will enjoy the fullness of the anointing must always have the desire to be satisfied again and again. Your hunger and thirst are what qualify you for the anointing. So, how desirous are you for the anointing? God has not placed any limitations on what he wants to do for you. Most of the time, we often limit God. So, my dear brothers and sisters, it’s time to take the limit off God. Matt5v6: Ps107v9

2. Releasing your faith specifically in the area of need. For you to benefit from the anointing, you need to be specific about what you want the anointing to do for you! So, which area of your life do you want the anointing to touch? As you release your faith in that area, the power of God will be activated. Matt9v29. My dear reader, this is how to put the anointing to work! So I charge you today to start releasing your faith accordingly in the areas of your need. I guarantee you that you won’t be put to shame in Jesus name, amen.

3. Believing that there will be a performance according to His Word. This is also an important aspect of benefiting from the anointing. If you want the anointing to work for you indeed, then you need to believe that whatever God says the anointing will do, so shall it be done. Lk1v45. So for your faith to work, believe that the anointing will work according to what God has said. This is how you provoke the anointing to work.

My dear brothers and sisters, with all these possibilities in mind, are you ready to tap into the fullness of Anointing?
