Psalms 23v1: The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

I am super excited about this series of lessons about meeting your needs because understanding these truths will bring liberation and power to your life! Jehovah wants to be your Shepherd in every ramification of the word! David certainly knows about the ability and provisions of the Shepherd and God is no respecter of persons. What he has done for one, he can do for another. So it’s time to get ready for the all-sufficiency of God! Sometimes, the reason we worry about our needs is because of not knowing the ability of Jehovah, i.e. in terms of what He can do, who He is, and His track record (Mal.3v6).

My dear brothers and sisters, we need to get to the place of assurance in God when it comes to meeting our needs. How is this possible? It’s by getting to know the ability and provisions of your Shepherd! So what are the truths that I need to know about my Shepherd? These truths are as follows:

TRUTHS ABOUT YOUR SHEPHERD:

1. God is concerned about meeting your needs. Wow! This should excite you and even cause you to leap for joy! This is how much God cares about you. He takes an interest in meeting your needs, so your needs matter to God! This is a very important truth that you cannot afford to forget! No matter what your needs are, Jehovah is very much interested in sorting it out for you! So, therefore, never allow any need of yours to weigh you down! (2Cor.12v9; Ps.40v17).

2. God is able to meet all of your needs. What is all? All means everything, i.e. any need of yours now or in the future! He can meet all your needs, whether spiritual, emotional, mental, Physical, financial, material, etc. In the same way, he met the needs of all the people at the feeding of either the 5000 or 4000 people in (Matt 14 verse 20 & Matt 15 verse 37), he will meet all your needs and nothing will be left out!

3. God is able to satisfy all your Needs! My dear reader, I love this ability of God! I know our Levels of Satisfaction differ, but your Shepherd can liberally supply all your needs to the point of Satisfaction. This was what he did in the feeding of the 5000 and 4000 people, respectively. Everyone was filled. They were filled to overflowing and to the full! This is what he wants to do with you also if you will allow him! He wants to bring you to the point of satisfaction! Are you ready for this? My dear brothers and sisters, it costs him nothing to do this, so why settle for little or less when you can have more? So it’s time to believe God for more for there is more in God! I pray that your cup will run over! No more insufficiency in Jesus’ name, amen. Your Days of barely managing are over! Welcome to your era of plenty and surplus! If you believe this, say a Big Amen (Ps.81v10, 16: 145v15-16).
