2Chro.27v6: So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the Lord his God.

You can have an Amazing Year. This year can be different from last year because our God is a God of progressive revelation and glory. He wants the best for you as his child. However, success is not by accident but as a result of proper preparations. This was why Jotham, the king, was powerful and mighty (2Chro.27v6). You, too, can have a similar experience because God is no respecter of persons but of Faith. He will honour your faith as you work his Principles in Jesus name, amen. I have shared so far with you two of those principles that will enable you to have a wonderful year. Today by his Grace, I will be sharing another important one with you. So if you are ready, here we go!

CONDITIONS FOR HAVING AN AMAZING YEAR:

3. Be willing to do things differently. This is another requirement for having an amazing year. So my dear brothers and sisters, are you willing to do things differently? Are you ready to change? These are some of the questions you need to ask yourself if you will have a different outcome this year. Things cannot change if you remain the same old person (Lk.13v6-9). For the things that are working effectively in your life, you need not alter anything but just keep working it, but for other things, you must be open to change. So in what ways do you need to change exactly if your outcomes this year will be different?

Areas you Need to Change:

– You must be willing to change your Ways. If your ways don’t change, your life won’t change either. This is why it’s important to change our ways. You will recall that in order for God to change our lives, we had to change our ways too. So honestly speaking, in order for things to change this year, you need to know the areas of your life that you need to change! Once you do this, you will be on your way to a better life in Jesus name, amen (Ps.119v59; Lk.15v17).

– You must be willing to change your methods and strategies. You must be ready to try new ways of doing things to get better results this year. You must also not be afraid of doing away with programs that have outlived their usefulness. You need to also understand that there are 1000 and one ways of doing things, so don’t limit yourself. Be open to better methods so that you can become better and stronger in Jesus name, amen (Eccle.10v10; 1Sam.9v2: 16v7).

– You must be willing to change. This perhaps is one of the most difficult changes to effect. This is why you need the help of God to achieve this because if you don’t change, things won’t change. It takes a new you to accomplish something new and different. Are you ready for a change? (Gen.32v26). I pray for you today that you will find the courage to effect meaningful changes in your life this year so that you can have a Wonderful Year in Jesus name, amen.

Prayer for Today: I receive the grace and help of God to do things differently this year in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: This Year will be different for me because I am purposed in my mind to effect changes in my ways, methods and in my life also. As I submit myself to God and his word, I am changing from glory to glory. I am becoming a Better Version of Myself! I am becoming whom God created me to be! Glory to God, for I am a reflection of his Glory and Grace!
