Acts 4 verse 33: ‘And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.’
What does it take to experience the promise of Great Grace? This is what we will be focusing on for the rest of these lessons. Yes, the promise of great grace is available but it’s important to know how to access or appropriate it. Ps68v11; Acts2v41. Aside from believing this promise, there are certain factors that contribute to grace being multiplied or abounding towards someone. As we consider these truths today. I pray that the promise of great grace will be a reality in your life in Jesus name, amen.
HOW GRACE CAN ABOUND?
Below are some of the proven and tested principles of multiplying grace;
1. By growing in your knowledge of God’s word. 2Pet1v2. Grace multiplies as your knowledge of God’s word grows or increases. The more knowledge of his word that you have, the greater your potential of walking in great grace. And by knowledge, we mean a working knowledge not head knowledge.
Working Knowledge: the knowledge that you have put to work or tested and its working for you. Ps34v8; 1Pet2v3; Hos4v6: 6v3; Acts6v4. So my dear friends, to what extent are you growing in your knowledge of God’s word?
2. By growing in your Capacity to Pray. When your prayer life grows, his grace will also grow in your life. Praying consistently and according to his Will or Word will cause his grace to abound towards you. This is evident in the prayers the Apostles offered in Acts14v24-31, 33. A prayerful lifestyle is crucial to multiplying grace in your life. 2Cor12v7-9; Jud1v20. So my dear beloved ones, it’s time to intensify your prayer life!
3. By growing in your Giving Capacity. Grace is associated with giving or generosity. Wherever you see grace at work, you see generosity at work (Acts4v33-37; Acts16v14-15). Grace is a giver. This is why givers never lack grace. 2Cor8v9. Giving is one of the major keys to Graceful Life. Giving will make his grace to abound richly towards you. Philip4v15, 19.
The Early church was a giving church because it was a gracious church. Wherever there is great grace, there will be great generosity at work.
So my dear friends, to what extent are you growing in your generosity or giving capacity?

Prayer for Today: Lord, let your grace begin to abound richly towards me in Jesus name, amen.
CONFESSION: I refuse to settle for anything lesser than God’s will for my life. God’s will is mega grace and I believe and receive this now. This shall be my testimony and experience in the land of the living in Jesus name, amen.
