Developing a better attitude in whatever you do in life is such a critical and essential part of our walk as believers. This is why God is sending this series of messages your way. I pray that you will emerge as a stronger and better believer at the end of the day in Jesus name, amen. Today we will continue our discourse on some of the basic truths about our attitudes. So let’s delve into the matter right away. Jn8v32.

SOME BASIC TRUTHS ABOUT YOUR ATTITUDE:

1. Your attitude determines your actions which will ultimately determine your accomplishment (Num.13v30: 14v24). This is another critical truth about our attitude in general and this is why you need to work towards developing a better attitude in your life.
2. The fact that you are a believer does not mean you have a good attitude. It’s not an automatic thing. Philip4v8. My dear reader, being a child of God does not exonerate you from working on your attitude. Infact I strongly believe that on the contrary much more is expected of you as a believer when it comes to your attitude.
3. Your attitude determines how you approach life. Our perception differs because our attitude differs (Num.13v30, 31). Yes, your attitude is often the lens that you see the world, so my dear reader what kind of prospective do you have about life?
4. Your attitude determines your relationship with people. Getting along with people very well is dependent on your attitude. How you relate and work with others is also a function of your attitude. Do you relate well with others are you suspicious of everyone?
5. Your attitude often determines the difference between success and failure. Hence the reason why attitude is major criteria for success (1Sam.14v6-7). Yes, your attitude greatly impacts on whether you will win or lose. So this is why you need to pay attention to your attitude. Infact you can even tell whether someone will either win or lose by the kind of attitude that they have. So my dear friends, its time to start taking your attitude seriously.
6. Your attitude is the difference maker. It can make a huge difference in your life and other people’s lives (Num.14v24). Your attitude is indeed the difference make. It’s often what differentiates and makes the difference in our lives and experience. This is why you need to start putting emphasis on your attitude. I pray that you will rise up to this challenge today.
7. God’s word is a book of BEATITUDES. It teaches us the kind of attitudes we need to embrace and the ones to do away with (Matt.5v3-11). Yes this is absolutely true. The word of God is designed to help you imbibe and create better attitudes towards life and generally in everything that you do. The word of God is a book of instructions that is designed to change our lives for the better and forever. If you will embrace the truths therein. I pray that your transformation will begin from today in Jesus name, amen.
