Joshua 1verse6 β€˜Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.’

Fortune befriends the bold! This is a statement of fact and truth. God told Joshua that he needed to imbibe a courageous spirit. Without courage, it will be impossible to accomplish your colorful destiny! So we need to dare more in life! And in our last lesson, I shared with you some insights on how to dare more! Today by his grace, I will be shading more light on this, so if you are ready to go, here we go! You can dare more by:

3. Taking More Risks. I know most people try to play safe in life, but if you want to achieve something significant with your life. You need to get out of your comfort zone. Step into the challenge zone. Be willing to walk on water. Matt14v28-30. Those who risk nothing become nothing and will have nothing. So my dear reader, stop behaving like a settler and start acting like a pioneer. As you improve your capacity to take more risks, your life will improve.

4. Taking your chances. Opportunities will come your way, but you need the courage to take them. To dare more, you must be willing to take the chances that God brings your way. Success is about seizing timely opportunities and by the way, success comes when opportunity meets with preparation. Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Start taking the little chances that come your way. With this kind of attitude, it won’t be long before you encounter the big breaks in life. Develop the capacity to take your chances. Eph5v16

5. Daring to be Different. Stop following the crowd. Dare to be who God called you to be. Dare to do what God called you to do. Dare to go where God has called you to go. Don’t blend in. Stand Out. Follow your heart. This is how you exhibit the trait of being more courageous!

So what are you waiting for? It’s time to get going! As you take these faith steps, I see you in the fullness of your glory!
