John16verse33: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
I trust that you are enjoying this series of teachings on how to respond to the challenges of this season! As a believer, you need to respond properly and in the right manner because your response will determine your outcomes in life. So, this is why you need to take your response seriously! So far in this series, I have shared four powerful tools for dealing with the challenges of this season. And today, by his grace, we will examine another powerful key in triumphing this season. If you are ready for this, here we go!
RIGHT WAYS OF RESPONDING:
5. By focusing on obeying his instructions and directives to you in this season. My dear brothers and sisters, you need to know what God is saying to you this season if you will prevail in this hour! Knowing what God is saying to you is crucial to your surviving, succeeding and even having significance in this season. Rev3v6, 13, 22.
So, my dear reader, do you know what God is saying to you this season because God is always speaking to his own? Mk4v9; Lk8v8.
Are you also ready to obey what God is saying to you in this season? It’s one thing to know what he is saying it’s another thing to be ready to obey his instructions. Jer42v6
And even when you are willing to obey his instructions to you:
-Are you obeying his instructions totally or completely?
-Are you obeying his instructions all the time? Rom16v19
-Are you obeying his instructions to the very letter?
My dear reader, your answers to these questions will determine exactly where you are when obeying his instructions to you! So it’s time to put all your energies into obeying his instructions because those who do such will never go wrong or regret it all.
So, are you ready to obey his instructions to you in this season? One motivation for obeying his instructions is some of the reasons why you should obey God! So why should you obey God’s instructions to you in this season?
-Because God knows where your pot of blessings is. Lk5v4-6
-Because God knows your appointed place of provision. 1Ki17v2, 9
-So that you won’t miss out on what God has prepared or positioned for you this season.
-Because his directives and instructions are the gateway to life and greatness. Ps25v12-14
-Because everyplace is the place for you. Not all roads lead s to the same place.1cor14v10
So my admonition to you today is to choose to obey his instructions to you in this season, for therein lies your prosperity and peace. So it’s time to get on board with God!
