What It Means To Be Fruitful 2

Jn15v8, 16: “By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be my disciples. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give you.”

I am super excited about this series of teachings on fruitfulness. One major reason for this is because I believe the Lord wants you to fully understand the concept of being fruitful. This is very important because you cannot become or experience what you don’t understand. So this is why it’s imperative for you to know what fruitfulness is really all about. In today’s lesson, I will go further in sharing 2 more dimensions of the concept of fruitfulness (Lk.24v45).

The meaning of fruitfulness:
3. To be able to reproduce. Fruitfulness is the capacity to bring forth and this ability is in every creature of God. Most importantly as a child of God, it’s your heritage and covenant. So, understand from today, that you carry the gene of fruitfulness and you have the ability to give birth to things. Therefore, I decree today that your dreams, visions and aspirations will come to pass in Jesus name. Whatever you are pregnant with will not die! Say this out loud, “I will deliver my dreams and visions in Jesus name, amen” (1Cor.4v15). Know from today that to be fruitful means to be reproductive. Therefore, barrenness is not permitted to thrive in or around you!

4. To get results. Fruitfulness is the ability to get results and results speak of favourable outcomes in your endeavors and efforts. We live in a result-oriented world. Nobody will take you seriously without results because results are an indication of how effective and successful you are. Does your work command outstanding results? Are there proofs in your assignment to back up your claims? Dearly beloved, this is the dimension of life you have been called to and today marks the end of fruitless efforts in your life because the power to get results is at work in you (Gen.30v30).

Prayer for Today: Heavenly Father, let your covenant of fruitfulness speak fully in my life and works in Jesus name, amen.

CONFESSION: I rebel against every form of barrenness and stagnation in my life. I am empowered to be fruitful and fruitful I will be in Jesus name. For the ability to bring forth is in me, therefore, I deliver the things I am pregnant with. I bring forth my dreams and aspirations in life. My vision is speaking. Results attend to my labors and efforts. I am succeeding in the works of my hands. I bring forth fruits that are lasting and enduring. Glory be to God; an end has come to labouring with nothing to show for it in my life!
