Proverbs 4verse18 ‘But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.’
You are welcome back to our discourse on becoming a positive influence in our world. Yes, God made and designed you for influence and nothing will gladden the Father’s heart more than your life bringing him glory. In our last lesson, I shared with you how to make a positive impact in our world, today, by His grace, I will be sharing another important principle with you on how you can achieve this. So if you are ready, here we go! To make a positive impact:
2 Use what you have. Yes, this is one way by which you can have a positive impact. So what do you have? You have talents, abilities, skills, experience, grace, time, contacts etc. The truth of the matter is that you have something but what are you doing with it? 2Cor4v7: Eph4v7
So with all your gifts and abilities, what are you doing with them? Who is getting better because of what you have? Or what benefit is what you have to others around you? The truth of the matter is that no matter what you have or possess, it won’t count if it’s not a blessing to someone. This is why you need to start putting to work what you have. Stop hiding or concealing it! Stop complaining about it! Stop comparing yourself with others! Just use what you have! Put it to work! And guess what? The more you put it to work, the better you become, and the better that gift becomes. God has nothing to bless if you refuse to put to work what he has given you. So what are the things that you have? Start putting it to work as Joseph and Daniel did in captivity. I want you to know that little becomes much when you put it to work. I pray that you will start doing something tangible and positive with what you have today and as you do this, your level of influence will get stronger and stronger. If you believe this say a Big AMEN.

Prayer for Today: In the name of Jesus, I will begin to use what I have for the good of others and his kingdom.
CONFESSION: it’s a new day for me! For I move from being self-centered to becoming other people minded. I promise to use what the Almighty has blessed me for the good of humanity and his kingdom. Help me, precious Holy Spirit, to be faithful to this call!
